Foxboro P0912QG is the flagship ultra-high-efficiency hot-swappable rack power supply of P0912 I/A series, upgraded successor model after P0912QF, customized for super-heavy-load integrated DCS+SIS full cabinet equipped with full-slot dense FBM I/O and multi-group triple-redundant controller layout. Equipped with integral thick cast aluminum full-surround heat dissipation structure, four-layer PCB conformal coating plus upgraded G3+ anti-salt mist anti-corrosion electrophoretic surface craft; adopts six-stage EMI filtering plus multi-level lightning surge suppression circuit, specially optimized for offshore oil & gas platforms, large coal chemical, coastal salt fog heavy industry with high temperature, high humidity and corrosive harsh ambient conditions. Complies with standard I/A backplane hot-plug specification to realize online module replacement without cutting off cabinet main AC power; front panel equips independent LED indicators for input status, rated output, overload, over-temperature and hardware failure, uploading real-time running parameters and fault diagnostic codes to DCS engineering station via backplane bus communication。
