1. Product Introduction
Foxboro P0912QE is the top full-power hot-swappable rack power supply of P0912 I/A series, the ultimate high-power upgrade model after P0912QD, specially developed for ultra-large full-rack DCS cabinets with full slot FBM dense I/O + multi-set redundant SIS controller configuration. Equipped with full-enclosure thickened integrated aluminum radiator and full PCB three-layer conformal coating plus G3 anti-salt-fog electrophoretic treatment; built-in four-stage EMI filtering + multi-level lightning surge suppression circuit, customized for offshore drilling platforms, large coal-fired power, heavy chemical plants with high temperature, high humidity and corrosive ambient environment. Adopts standard I/A backplane hot-plug structure, supports online hot replacement without cutting off cabinet AC main power; front panel is equipped with independent LED indicator for input power, rated output, overload, over-temperature and hardware fault, real-time upload of operating parameters and fault codes to DCS engineering station via backplane bus.
