Foxboro P0912KC is high-power rack hot-swappable 24VDC power supply of P0912 series I/A DCS platform, top-grade high-output model after P0912KA/P0912KB, developed for high-density concentrated layout of large quantity P0912 series multi-protocol gateway modules (P0912HM/HN/HL/HK etc.) inside heavy-load DCS cabinet. Adopts ultra-large-area split fin cast aluminum radiator with G3 anti-corrosion electrophoretic coating, full PCB conformal coating + four-stage high-grade EMI filtering and reinforced lightning surge absorption circuit, stably running under long-time high cabinet temperature, severe industrial acid mist, heavy frequency converter harmonic interference of large coal chemical, ultra-large thermal power and heavy refining plant. Maintains unified 1U standard rack outline fully mechanically compatible with I/A original backplane, supports uninterrupted hot plug replacement without cutting rack main power during field maintenance; front panel integrates full set LED indicators including input status, load percentage, overheat, short-circuit, redundant mismatch and cabinet over-humidity alarm; built-in high-speed multi-point sampling MCU collects real-time running parameters & fault event logs, uploading all data to I/A operator station via backplane bus automatically for centralized system monitoring。
