Basic Installation & Usage (All FBM2XX)
Mount: Snap into standard I/A rack; ensure firm seating.
Wiring: Connect field devices to TA (Termination Assembly); avoid long parallel runs with power cables.
Configuration:
Set channel range/type in I/A Series software.
Enable HART (if applicable) via jumper/software.
Configure DI filter time; set DO failsafe state.
Operation:
Check LED indicators (module/channel status).
Monitor values in HMI; verify alarms/diagnostics.
Maintenance: Hot‑swap faulty modules; no system shutdown required.
