3. Installation
3.1 Mounting
Install vertically on a rigid, flat surface.
Maintain 100 mm clearance around the unit for cooling.
Avoid heat sources, direct sunlight, and strong vibration.
Secure with appropriate screws (torque per manufacturer standard).
3.2 Wiring
Connect 135 VAC high‑frequency input to primary terminals.
Connect 0–200 VDC output to load (e.g., motor/actuator).
Connect protective earth (PE) to dedicated grounding terminal.
Connect 24 VDC control supply if required.
Use cables with sufficient cross‑section; tighten terminals to specified torque.
Verify all wiring for shorts or reverse polarity before power‑on.
4. Operation
4.1 Commissioning
Confirm correct wiring and grounding.
Power on gradually; measure input (135 VAC) and output (0–200 VDC).
Run no‑load for 5–10 minutes; check for abnormal noise or overheating.
Apply load incrementally; verify output stability.
4.2 Operating Limits
Continuous operation: ≤ 80% load at 40 °C.
Do not run at full load continuously in high ambient temperatures.
If overtemperature or fault occurs, shut down immediately.
5. Maintenance
Every 6 months:
Check terminals for looseness, cables for damage/aging.
Inspect PE connection integrity.
Clean dust from enclosure and ventilation slots (dry brush only).
No lubrication required.
Use genuine SEW‑EURODRIVE parts for replacement.
For internal faults, contact official service.
6. Troubleshooting
No DC output: Check 135 VAC input, fuses, wiring, and enable signal.
Overheating: Excessive load, blocked ventilation, or ambient temperature too high.
Unstable output: Loose terminals, poor grounding, or load mismatch.
Abnormal noise: Internal component fault; power off and inspect.
