4. Core Advantages of 0T Version
Enhanced environmental adaptability: Conformal coating isolates the circuit board from humidity, dust and mild corrosive substances, effectively extending service life.
Stable operation: Reduces failure risks caused by condensation and dirt accumulation in tough workshops.
Consistent performance: Same electrical performance, control functions and expandability as standard 00 models.
Four-quadrant operation: Built-in brake chopper realizes regenerative braking and energy recovery.
Modular expansion: Compatible with optional encoder and various fieldbus modules.
Integrated motion control: IPOSplus® system supports positioning, electronic gearing and master-slave synchronization.
5. Installation & Wiring Rules
Mounting: Install vertically inside a control cabinet.
Ventilation Clearance: Reserve minimum 100 mm space at top and bottom, 50 mm on both sides.
Main Terminals:
X1: Mains connection (L1, L2, L3, PE)
X2: Motor connection (U, V, W, PE)
X4: DC link terminals for external brake resistor
X11: Analog input (0–10 V / 4–20 mA)
X13: 24 V DC digital inputs and outputs
X15 / X16: Encoder interfaces
Note: External EMC filter must be installed to meet electromagnetic compatibility standards. Use shielded cables for motor and signal wiring.
6. Operation & Maintenance
Local operation: Use DBG60B handheld keypad for parameter setting, manual operation and fault checking.
PC commissioning: Use MOVITOOLS® MotionStudio for program editing, real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis.
Routine maintenance: Regularly check cable connections and ventilation paths; clean dust with dry compressed air.
Typical faults: Overcurrent (OC), Overvoltage (OV), Overtemperature (OT), Encoder Error. Fault information can be read via keypad or software.
7. Applicable Scenarios
Industrial sites with high humidity, heavy dust or mild corrosive atmosphere
Conveyors, cranes, hoists, textile machinery, woodworking equipment, large fans and pumps
Production lines operating in non-standard clean workshop environments
8. Version Comparison
00: Standard non-coated PCB, for clean and dry indoor environments
0T: Conformal coated PCB, for humid, dusty or mildly corrosive harsh environments
50: Special factory customized version with exclusive firmware and settings
