IX. Usage Notes
Non-explosion-proof use: No explosion-proof design. It is strictly prohibited to use in flammable and explosive hazardous areas;
Probe matching: Must be paired with the 3300 XL 8mm eddy current probe system. Do not mix 5mm/11mm probes;
Gap standard: The static gap of the probe must be strictly installed at 1.27mm. Too close is prone to collision and wear, and too far results in weak signal;
Do not modify privately: Do not disassemble the module, modify the circuit, or change the cable length. This will avoid module failure and loss of warranty;
Power-off operation: When connecting, repairing, or replacing the module, the power supply of the rack must be cut off to prevent short circuits / electric shock;
Parameter setting: Alarm thresholds, delay, etc. parameters must be strictly configured according to the process requirements of the unit to avoid protection failure or false alarms.
