BENTLY NEVADA 3500/33 16-CHANNEL RELAY MODULE

BENTLY NEVADA 3500/33 is a full-height rack-mounted relay module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection platform, providing 16 programmable relay output channels for turbomachinery, power plant and compressor safety supervision systems. This relay module receives alarm and danger status signals from other 3500 rack monitoring boards via backplane bus and triggers dry contact relay outputs to drive shutdown circuits, annunciators and remote alarm loops. The machine protection system relies on this unit to execute configurable AND/OR voting logic for alert, danger and module fault conditions. The 3500/33 supports independent channel setup, latching relay option and built-in continuous hardware self-diagnosis function. This Bently Nevada spare module is widely adopted for gas turbine, steam turbine, compressor and power plant control cabinet maintenance and replacement.

The relay module works with 3500 configuration software to customise alarm drive logic for every relay channel. The machine protection rack completes fast safety trip signal output through the 3500/33 hardware during abnormal vibration, speed and temperature events. This relay module adopts plug-in rack installation design for simple disassembly and field swap-out.
