The probe housing is made of AISI 303/304 stainless steel, the sensing end is made of high-temperature-resistant PPS material, and the patented TipLoc one-piece molding process is adopted. Six. Working principle

The coil inside the probe is supplied with high-frequency alternating current to generate a stable electromagnetic field. The magnetic field penetrates the air gap and acts on the measured metal shaft, forming a closed eddy current on the metal surface. The intensity of the eddy current changes with the gap between the probe and the shaft, thereby affecting the inductance, impedance, etc. of the coil. The probe transmits the changing signals to the preamplifier, which converts the physical quantity of the gap into a continuous DC voltage according to a 7.87V/mm ratio. The larger the gap, the closer the output voltage approaches -17VDC; the smaller the gap, the closer the output voltage approaches -1VDC. The upper-level monitoring system interprets the voltage values and converts them into parameters such as shaft vibration, axial displacement, speed, and phase, enabling online monitoring and safety protection of the equipment.

Seven. Installation and laying specifications During installation, slowly and evenly insert the probe into the dedicated base, ensuring that the end face of the probe is parallel to the surface of the measured shaft to avoid measurement errors caused by inclination. Before installing medium-depth holes, it is necessary to clean the debris inside the holes to prevent thread jamming. The initial installation gap is recommended to be set at the midpoint of the linear range, corresponding to a front-end device output of approximately -9VDC, to achieve the best linear performance.

The thread tightening must strictly follow the standard torque of 1.1N・m to 1.4N・m. Do not force-tighten. The cable laying should be separated from high-voltage and power cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. Strictly follow the minimum bending radius requirements. The micro ClickLoc connector is inserted into the slot and the clicking sound is heard as the connection is completed. Daily, take precautions to prevent dust from entering the connector.

When installing in explosion-proof areas, it is necessary to strictly follow the local explosion-proof construction specifications. The cable is treated with explosion-proof sealed connectors and must not damage the equipment's explosion-proof structure. The cable should maintain the original factory length and must not be cut or spliced. The probe must not be soaked in oil or water for a long time.
