This is a 7.5 kW compact three-phase inverter from the SEW-EURODRIVE MOVIDRIVE compact series. It adopts sensorless vector control for standard asynchronous motors. The drive is fitted with onboard PROFIBUS-DP interface and integrated Class A EMC filter. A built-in brake chopper enables 4-quadrant operation, making it suitable for various industrial speed regulation applications.

MCF represents the MOVIDRIVE compact series with sensorless vector control and no encoder support. 41 stands for integrated PROFIBUS-DP communication function. A refers to the hardware version. 0075 means the rated power is 7.5 kW. 5 indicates 3-phase 380–500 V AC input voltage. A denotes the built-in Class A EMC filter. 3 represents three-phase power input. 4 means 4-quadrant operation with internal brake chopper. 00 is the standard configuration without STO safety function and expansion slots.

The input is 3-phase 380–500 V AC with a voltage tolerance of ±10%, and the input frequency is 50 Hz or 60 Hz. The rated input current is 14.4 A.

The rated output power is 7.5 kW, with apparent power of 11.2 kVA and rated output current of 16 A. The output voltage ranges from 0 to 480 V AC, and the output frequency ranges from 0 to 600 Hz. The inverter can operate continuously at 125% of rated current and withstand 150% of rated current for 60 seconds.

It supports V/f control and sensorless vector control, which delivers stable high torque at low speed.

The onboard PROFIBUS-DP interface connects the drive to industrial fieldbus systems for remote control and parameter configuration. The integrated Class A EMC filter effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference and meets industrial EMC requirements.

The protection class is IP20, and the unit is only for installation inside control cabinets. It adopts forced air cooling. The overall dimensions are 130 mm × 370 mm × 165 mm, and the weight is approximately 4.0 kg.

The operating ambient temperature ranges from -10 °C to +50 °C. Power derating is required when the temperature exceeds 50 °C. For installation altitude above 1000 meters, derate the power by 1% per 100 meters, and the maximum applicable altitude is 2000 meters. This product is certified with CE, UL, cUL and RoHS.

It is equipped with 6 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 relay output and 1 analog input compatible with 0–10 V and 4–20 mA signals. It supports TF, PTC and TH sensors for real-time motor temperature monitoring.

Built-in protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, motor overload, short circuit and earth fault protection to ensure safe and stable operation.

The compact design saves installation space in control cabinets. The internal brake chopper ensures reliable 4-quadrant operation for inertial and regenerative loads.
