TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J Magnetic Contactor

Overview

The TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J is a standard 3-pole magnetic contactor from the TOGAMI PAK-J series, manufactured by Togami Electric Mfg. Co., Ltd. It is designed for switching three-phase AC motors and resistive loads in industrial control cabinets, DCS, PLC and motor starter assemblies. Under AC-3 duty, it supports 7.5 kW at 240 V and 15 kW at 440 V, with a rated AC-3 current of 32 A and AC-1 resistive current of 35 A. It can be paired with thermal overload relays to form a complete magnetic starter for motor overcurrent protection. This contactor is widely used in process skids, packaging machinery, pumps and fan control systems.

Features

The TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J is a 3-pole standard contactor of the PAK-J family.PAK-35J accepts optional auxiliary contact blocks and matching thermal relays for starter configuration. Available in multiple AC coil voltages for global control circuit requirements. DIN rail mounting with screw terminal connection, simple wiring and maintenance. Robust arc extinguishing structure, stable performance under frequent switching cycles. Compliant with Japanese industrial control standards and EMC requirements for factory automation.

Specs

Device Type: Magnetic Contactor Model: TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J Brand: Togami (TOGAMI ELECTRIC / 户上电机) Series: PAK-J Poles: 3P AC-3 rating: 7.5 kW (240 V), 15 kW (440 V), 32 A AC-1 rating: 35 A Mounting: DIN rail Matching thermal relay: RSK series Status: Standard production contactor, available as spare part

Principle

The TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J operates by electromagnetic attraction. When the control coil is energized, the main contacts close to supply power to the motor or load. When the coil is de-energized, the main contacts open and cut off the load circuit. Auxiliary contacts provide feedback signals to PLC or interlock circuits.

Applications

The TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J is used for motor control of pumps, fans, conveyors and process equipment inside automation skids and MCC cabinets. The TOGAMI ELECTRIC PAK-35J is stocked as spare replacement for TOGAMI PAK series control circuits.
