Overview

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC METSEPM5350 is a panel-mounted multifunction power meter from Schneider PowerLogic PM5350 series. It adopts 96×96 mm flush mounting form with backlit graphical LCD and bilingual display. It achieves Class 0.5S energy accuracy conforming to IEC 62053-22, supporting full electrical parameter measurement, THD power quality monitoring, alarm functions and Modbus communication. It is widely deployed in low-voltage distribution cabinets, MCC and DCS power monitoring systems for sub-metering and power quality tracking.

Stores up to 40 historical event logs and supports around 30 configurable alarm thresholds. Standard Modbus-RTU communication interface for data uploading to PLC, SCADA or energy management platform. Principle

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC METSEPM5350 samples voltage and current signals from voltage transformers and current transformers. The internal MCU calculates active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, frequency, energy and harmonic components. Measured data can be displayed locally or uploaded via Modbus bus, and the relay outputs will be triggered when measurement values exceed preset alarm thresholds.

Applications

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC METSEPM5350 is used for branch power monitoring, internal energy metering and power quality monitoring in industrial plants, data centers, building distribution and automation skids.
