Principle

The ABB 1SDA038324R1 holds the breaker closing mechanism by electromagnetic force under normal rated voltage. When the control voltage drops or disappears, the electromagnetic force is insufficient, the spring trips the latch, and the air circuit breaker opens immediately to cut off the power circuit.
