Overview

The INVERTEK DRIVES ODE-3-140022-3012 is an IP20 compact general-purpose VFD from the Optidrive E3 series. Principle

The INVERTEK DRIVES ODE-3-140022-3012 converts fixed-frequency three-phase AC power into DC via the rectifier stage, then uses IGBT inverter stage to generate adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage AC output to the motor. The internal control loop adjusts output frequency according to reference signal from keypad, analog input or fieldbus. The built-in brake transistor absorbs regenerative energy during rapid deceleration. When fault conditions are detected, the drive pulses are blocked and fault codes are displayed for troubleshooting.
