Overview

Principle

Raw compressed air enters the NORGREN BL64-401 first through the filter chamber, where solid particles and condensed water are separated and collected in the filter bowl. The cleaned air then flows to the regulator section, where the spring‑diaphragm control maintains a constant outlet pressure set by the adjustment knob. Finally, air passes through the lubricator, where venturi effect draws lubricating oil and mixes fine oil mist into the air stream. The treated air flows onward to pneumatic actuators and valves for lubrication and protection.
