Description

BLOOM ENERGY 110278 SOFC Stack Assembly

Overview

The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 is a solid oxide fuel cell stack assembly for Bloom Energy Server distributed power generation equipment. The code A1102780D184210745 is the unique factory serial identifier for traceability of this unit. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 is the core electrochemical component of the Bloom Energy Server, converting fuel such as natural gas, biogas or hydrogen into direct current power through high-temperature solid oxide fuel cell reaction without combustion. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 is a critical spare part used for scheduled overhaul and performance restoration of Bloom Energy SOFC power cabinets.

Features

The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 adopts ceramic solid oxide cell structure with excellent thermal stability and long-term electrochemical performance. It supports multiple fuel sources according to site configuration, including pipeline natural gas, renewable biogas and hydrogen. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 integrates internal gas flow channels, precision sealing structure and current collecting components to distribute fuel and oxidant evenly across each cell layer. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 is designed for module-level replacement; after installation, gas tightness inspection and thermal commissioning are required to avoid leakage and thermal shock damage. It matches the manifold, insulation housing and power bus inside the Bloom Energy Server cabinet.

Specs

Device Type: SOFC fuel cell stack assembly Model: BLOOM ENERGY 110278 Serial Number: A1102780D184210745 Applicable System: Bloom Energy Server solid oxide fuel cell power generation unit Technology: High temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) Compatible Fuel: Natural gas, biogas, hydrogen Working Principle: Electrochemical power generation Maintenance: Complete stack replacement, professional leak test required Mounting: Built-in manifold installation inside Energy Server cabinet Application: Industrial CHP combined heat and power, data center baseload power, microgrid distributed power supply

Principle

The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 receives preheated fuel gas and air into the internal cell stack. Electrochemical reactions occur at the anode and cathode of each ceramic cell, generating direct current and heat. The stacked cells are connected in series to raise the total DC voltage, and the output power is sent to the power conditioning unit for conversion into grid-compliant AC power. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 works with the system controller to monitor temperature gradient, gas pressure and seal status. The system will trigger safety interlock and shutdown when gas leakage or abnormal thermal distribution is detected.

Applications

The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 is used as the core power generation stack for Bloom Energy Server deployed in data centers, industrial parks and commercial energy facilities. It provides continuous baseload power and recoverable heat for combined heat and power applications. The BLOOM ENERGY 110278 applies to spare stock and planned overhaul of Bloom Energy SOFC power generation systems. It also supports fuel cell stack replacement and performance tuning projects.
