Overview

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC TSXASY410 is a 4-channel analog output module for Schneider Modicon Premium PLC system. The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC TSXASY410 converts digital values from the Premium CPU into standard analog signals to control regulating valves, variable frequency drives and field indicators. It adopts screw terminal block connection and supports 12-bit conversion resolution. Principle

The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC TSXASY410 receives digital setpoint data from the PLC CPU via backplane bus. The internal DAC circuit converts digital signals into stable analog current or voltage output for field actuators. The module continuously monitors load condition and channel integrity. When overload, short circuit or internal circuit abnormality is detected, the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC TSXASY410 triggers fault flag and uploads alarm information to the processor.
