Rheonik RHM60 40BAR

The RHM60 is a DN100 (4 inch) dual-tube Coriolis mass flow sensor from Rheonik RHM series, the inquiry marked Metroval is a naming mix-up, the original manufacturer is Rheonik. This RHM60 supports 40bar process pressure rating variant, directly measures mass flow, density and process temperature at the same time, independent of fluid pressure, temperature, viscosity and flow profile, and no straight upstream and downstream pipe sections are required. The standard liquid measurement accuracy reaches ±0.10%.

This RHM60 adopts 316Ti stainless steel wetted material as standard, and it can be matched with Rheonik RHE series transmitters. It supports pulse, 4-20mA, Modbus and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication interfaces for connection with DCS, PLC and asset management systems. The RHM60 features IP66 protection grade, and it can be equipped with hazardous area certifications for Zone 0 / Zone 1. The 40bar version is commonly used for general custody transfer and process metering loops, not the high-pressure heavy-duty variant.

The RHM60 is widely applied in oil & gas, chemical, energy metering and bulk fluid transfer stations. Rheonik RHM series is a mature Coriolis mass meter product line for custody transfer applications. Many metering teams and process plants stock the RHM60 as spare flow sensor for loop replacement and periodic calibration.
