MODICON AS-BDA0-21

MODICON AS-BDA0-21 belongs to Modicon TSX Compact series, an analog output module for PLC rack-based automation systems. It converts digital commands from the main CPU into standard analog voltage and current signals to control proportional valves, regulators and variable-speed actuators for closed-loop process adjustment. The analog module delivers continuous control outputs, the signal channel supports 0-10V and 4-20mA industrial standard loops, and the automation regulation realizes precise force and speed control for assembly and bolt fastening stations.

The analog module supports independent channel scaling and output range configuration, with built-in diagnostic functions to detect open loop, short circuit and over-range faults. It adopts digital filtering to reduce output fluctuation caused by electrical noise on the factory bus. The signal output circuit provides channel isolation to prevent cross-interference between different control loops.
