MODICON 120-085-001

MODICON 120-085-001 is a servo motor encoder feedback module for Modicon servo motion control systems, designed for automated positioning and bolt fastening stations. It captures high-speed pulse signals from rotary encoders and transmits accurate position data back to the servo drive for closed-loop motion control. The encoder module collects shaft position feedback, the motion signal supports precise speed and position tracking, and the automation synchronization ensures consistent positioning accuracy for multi-spindle assembly lines.

The encoder module supports differential pulse reception, real-time position counting and direction judgment. It can detect signal loss, pulse abnormality and wiring fault and send alarm signals to the servo controller promptly to prevent positioning deviation and equipment collision. The motion feedback circuit adopts signal filtering and anti-interference design to suppress noise interference from inverters and high-power motors. Engineers can set position resolution and counting mode for each automation motion task, and all position values, speed data and fault information are uploaded to the PLC for quality traceability and equipment diagnosis.
