MODICON AS-BADU-214

MODICON AS-BADU-214 belongs to Modicon TSX Compact series, an 8-channel analog input module for PLC rack-based automation systems. It converts 4-20mA and 0-10V analog signals from field transmitters into digital values readable by the main CPU for closed-loop monitoring and parameter recording. The analog module captures continuous process signals, the current and voltage inputs are compatible with standard industrial sensors, and the automation measurement realizes real-time data collection for assembly and bolt fastening stations.

The analog module supports 12-bit high-resolution conversion and built-in digital filtering to stabilize fluctuating field signals. It can detect open circuit, short circuit and over-range faults and feed diagnostic status back to the controller.
