MUSASINO MEW-143-1-F MARINE LEVEL & TEMPERATURE DISPLAY ALARM MODULE

MUSASINO MEW-143-1-F is a front-panel mounting marine indicator and alarm module for tank level and temperature monitoring systems, powered by 24VDC marine control supply, widely used on Japanese-built vessel tank monitoring automation. The level & temperature display alarm module receives 4–20mA analogue signals from tank level transmitters and temperature sensors (RTD/thermistor) installed on ballast tanks, fuel oil tanks, fresh water and bilge tanks. The level & temperature display alarm module shows real-time tank liquid level percentage and temperature readings on digital LED display, with adjustable high / high-high / low / low-low threshold setpoints via internal trimmer potentiometers. The level & temperature display alarm module activates built-in audible buzzer and LED alarm indicators when measurement exceeds preset limits, providing dry contact relay alarm output to ship’s main alarm console and unattended machinery space monitoring system. The level & temperature display alarm module supports local alarm acknowledge and alarm reset operation on front panel.

MUSASINO MEW-143-1-F adopts compact flush console mounting housing, front membrane control buttons and sealed digital display. The marine tank monitoring module has per-channel signal filtering circuit to suppress electrical noise and interference from vessel power grid. The marine tank monitoring module is conformal coated PCB assembly, marine type approved, designed to withstand salt mist, humidity, shock and temperature fluctuation in engine control room and wheelhouse installation.
