KEYSTONE EPI2 063 KPU063UVPA002 is Emerson Keystone intelligent 90° quarter-turn electric actuator, EPI2 series size 063 with KPU mounting flange, designed for on/off and modulating control of butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers in marine, oil & gas and industrial pipeline systems. The electric valve actuator accepts remote 4–20mA analogue signal or dry contact digital command from PLC and ship automation systems to drive valve open/close or maintain intermediate position. The electric valve actuator has adjustable torque switch settings (50%/75%/100% rated torque), built-in continuous valve position sensor, and outputs dry contact feedback signals of fully open / fully closed / fault status to control panel and HMI. The electric valve actuator integrates local handwheel manual override, no clutch disengagement required for manual operation during power failure or maintenance. The electric valve actuator has local control buttons and LED status indicators for on-site operation and fault diagnosis, and supports optional Bluetooth parameter configuration.

KEYSTONE EPI2 063 KPU063UVPA002 adopts epoxy coated anodized aluminium housing, IP66/IP68M ingress protection, available with ATEX explosion-proof version for hazardous areas. The quarter-turn actuator unit uses self-lubricated epicyclic gearbox with self-locking function to hold valve position stably without power holding. The quarter-turn actuator unit has built-in motor overheat protection and travel mechanical limit stops to avoid over-stroke damage. The quarter-turn actuator unit has separate terminal chamber isolated from motor and electronics compartment to improve safety during field wiring work. The quarter-turn actuator unit can withstand vibration, humidity and temperature fluctuation, suitable for marine deck, pump room and cargo pipeline valve applications.
