MEIYO SPR-P06-V MARINE SPEED RELAY

MEIYO SPR-P06-V is an intelligent marine speed relay manufactured by MEIYO Electric, powered by 24VDC (18–32VDC) marine control supply, power consumption 2.2W. The speed relay module receives pulse signals from magnetic pickup sensors mounted on marine diesel engine crankshaft or flywheel, converts pulse input into real-time engine rotational speed measurement. The speed relay module provides 0–10VDC analogue output (SPR-P06-V version) and 4 sets of dry contact relay outputs for three speed threshold functions: engine start detection, rated speed detection and overspeed protection. The speed relay module features adjustable rotary potentiometers to set trigger RPM values, and sends relay trip/alarm signals to engine safety interlock, ECR alarm console and ship automation system. The speed relay module supports sensor fault diagnosis, detecting loss of pulse signal and internal hardware failure, and activates fault alarm output.

MEIYO SPR-P06-V adopts DIN rail mounting metal housing, front panel with LED indicators for power, sensor signal and alarm status for fast field inspection. The marine speed monitoring unit accepts AC sine pulse input 1.0Vp-p ~130Vp-p from magnetic pick-up. The marine speed monitoring unit has measurement accuracy ±1.0% full scale, equipped with internal noise filter to suppress electrical interference from engine vibration environment. The marine speed monitoring unit has marine type approval, conformal coated PCB, designed to withstand humidity, shock and temperature fluctuation onboard vessels. The marine speed monitoring unit includes test terminal for on-site calibration and function check without engine running.
