BEIJER E1071 (06015C) MARINE TOUCHSCREEN HMI PANEL, ROLLS-ROYCE MARINE CUSTOMISED

BEIJER E1071 (06015C) is a 6.5-inch colour TFT resistive touch HMI from Beijer E1000 series, custom programmed for Rolls-Royce HELOCON marine propulsion and machinery monitoring automation systems. The touchscreen operator panel runs on 20–30VDC marine control supply, with 640×480 pixel resolution and CCFL backlight. The touchscreen operator panel integrates multiple communication ports including Ethernet, RS232, RS422/485 and USB host interface, exchanging real-time data with Rolls-Royce marine controllers and I/O modules. The touchscreen operator panel displays engine parameters, crane status, tank sounding values, alarm lists and trend curves; operators can acknowledge alarms, view trip history and adjust setpoints on the touch interface. The touchscreen operator panel supports multi-level password protection for system configuration and alarm handling, and stores event logs locally for incident review.

BEIJER E1071 (06015C) adopts powder-coated aluminium front frame for flush console mounting, front face IP66 rated. The marine operator interface has 12MB project memory and internal watchdog circuit to monitor panel operation. The marine operator interface complies with IEC 60945 marine environmental requirements, resisting shock, vibration, humidity and temperature fluctuation for wheelhouse or engine control room installation. The marine operator interface is a discontinued legacy unit, originally also sold under Mitsubishi branding, widely preloaded with Rolls-Royce proprietary marine automation project files.
