JRCS GMS-M400A DIGITAL INPUT OUTPUT MODULE

JRCS GMS-M400A is a rack-mounted marine DI/O board for JRCS GMS marine engine monitoring and machinery alarm automation systems, 24VDV control supply. The digital input output module contains 16 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels. The digital input output module collects dry contact feedback signals from limit switches, pressure switches, relay status and local hand/off/auto feedback from marine pumps, valves and auxiliary machinery. The digital input output module outputs transistor/dry contact commands to drive solenoid valves, motor starters and alarm indicators. The digital input output module communicates with main GMS controller and engine room HMI via dedicated system bus, transmitting equipment status and alarm events. The digital input output module supports channel wire-break and short-circuit diagnosis, and reports hardware failure to alarm console.

JRCS GMS-M400A adopts conformal coated Eurocard PCB assembly for rack installation inside engine control cabinets. The marine I/O processor board has LED status indicators for power supply, bus communication and individual channel fault alerts for fast on-site troubleshooting. The marine I/O processor board has galvanic isolation between field wiring and internal logic circuit to suppress electrical noise interference from ship power networks. The marine I/O processor board meets IEC 60945 marine environmental specifications, designed to withstand engine room shock, vibration, high humidity and temperature fluctuation. The marine I/O processor board uses dedicated backplane connector for convenient onboard replacement.

JRCS GMS-M400A is widely deployed on cargo ships, tankers and offshore vessels fitted with JRCS GMS marine automation systems for auxiliary machinery control, bilge pump control and unattended machinery space alarm monitoring systems.
