IRIS+ ICP 150 CR MARINE DATA LOGGER / I/O MODULE

IRIS+ ICP 150 CR is a compact multi-parameter data acquisition and logging module for marine process monitoring systems, powered by 12–24VDC supply. The data logger module integrates analogue and digital input channels to collect sensor signals including 4–20mA, 0–10V, pulse and dry contact status from tank level, pressure, temperature and flow sensors onboard vessels. The data logger module converts field sensor signals into time-stamped digital records, stores measurement logs locally in non-volatile memory and supports data upload via RS232 / RS485 serial port to HMI, ship automation systems or PC for report generation. The data logger module supports user-configurable alarm limit settings, generating relay alarm outputs when process values exceed preset thresholds. The data logger module provides channel open/short circuit diagnostics and internal self-check function for hardware validation.

IRIS+ ICP 150 CR adopts rugged IP65 compact enclosure for field mounting in engine room, pump room and tank areas. The marine acquisition unit has built-in LCD display and local keypad for on-site viewing of measured values, parameter setup and manual data log retrieval. The marine acquisition unit has galvanic isolation for sensor wiring to suppress ground loop and electrical noise interference from ship power networks.
