FLUKE 192B is a 60MHz 2-channel portable ScopeMeter (industrial handheld oscilloscope), part of Fluke legacy 190B series, integrating oscilloscope, digital multimeter and paperless recorder functions for on-site electrical troubleshooting. The handheld oscilloscope has two fully isolated floating input channels, real-time sampling rate up to 500MS/s, supporting waveform capture of variable frequency drives, motor control signals, serial telegraph and automation control circuits. The handheld oscilloscope adopts Fluke Connect-and-View automatic trigger technology, which can lock stable waveforms without manual trigger adjustment, ideal for field engineers to capture intermittent noise and transient fault signals. The handheld oscilloscope supports ScopeRecord long time waveform recording and TrendPlot trend logging up to 22 days, for continuous monitoring of slow-changing process signals. The handheld oscilloscope can store waveform screenshots and measurement data, upload records to PC via optical communication interface for report generation and incident analysis.

FLUKE 192B adopts rugged IP54 dust and splash resistant handheld enclosure, powered by rechargeable lithium battery or AC adapter. The scope meter has monochrome backlit LCD display, built-in DMM function for voltage, resistance and continuity measurement. The scope meter meets IEC 61010-1 CAT III 1000V safety rating, the isolated channel design avoids ground loop damage when measuring floating industrial and marine control circuits. The scope meter includes digital persistence function to display sporadic glitch signals, and saves fault waveform snapshots for post-failure analysis.
