WAGO 750-338 CANOPEN D-SUB FIELDBUS COUPLER

WAGO 750-338 is a CANopen fieldbus coupler for WAGO 750 series modular I/O rack system, equipped with D-Sub 9 pin CAN interface, operating on 24VDC SELV power supply. The fieldbus coupler acts as CANopen slave gateway between CANopen master controller and the whole stack of WAGO digital / analog I/O modules. The fieldbus coupler automatically detects all connected I/O modules and creates local process image for bidirectional data exchange via PDO and SDO protocols compliant with CANopen DS301 / DS401 profiles. The fieldbus coupler supports baud rate setting from 10kbaud up to 1Mbaud via DIP switches, and can connect up to 64 pieces of 750 series I/O modules on one single rack. The fieldbus coupler supplies backplane power and integrates 500V galvanic isolation between fieldbus side and internal logic circuit for noise suppression.

WAGO 750-338 adopts standard DIN rail 35mm mounting design for low-voltage control cabinet installation. The bus gateway module has LED status indicators for power supply, CAN bus run status and fault diagnosis for fast local troubleshooting. The bus gateway module supports hot swap of individual I/O modules without system shutdown. The bus gateway module uses CAGE CLAMP spring terminal technology for vibration-resistant wiring, ideal for marine and industrial vibration environments. The bus gateway module has IP20 protection rating and compact gray plastic housing.
