ROLLS-ROYCE RRDIO15 DIGITAL INPUT OUTPUT MODULE

ROLLS-ROYCE RRDIO15 is a rack-mounted marine digital input/output I/O board for Rolls-Royce HELOCON marine propulsion and vessel machinery automation control systems. The digital input output module collects digital status signals from control levers, limit switches, relay feedback and equipment contact inputs, and outputs relay/transistor digital commands to control actuators, alarm lamps, solenoid valves and auxiliary marine machinery. The digital input output module exchanges real-time command and status data with main panel controllers and display units via the proprietary marine system bus. The digital input output module supports channel fault detection, open circuit and short-circuit monitoring for each I/O channel, and reports internal hardware failures for alarm handling. ROLLS-ROYCE RRDIO15 adopts conformal coated PCB and heavy-duty Eurocard plug-in assembly for installation inside engine room and wheelhouse marine control cabinets.
