MEGABRAS MD1035X (MEGADRAS MD1035X) 1KV DIGITAL INSULATION TESTER MEGOHMMETER

MEGABRAS MD1035X (often referred to as MEGADRAS MD1035X) is a microprocessor-controlled portable 1kV digital insulation resistance tester, used for high-precision insulation measurement of motors, transformers, marine cables and high-voltage electrical equipment. The insulation tester offers adjustable test voltage from 100V up to 1000V in 50V increments, measuring insulation resistance up to 1 TΩ. The insulation tester automatically calculates Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), which are critical diagnostic parameters for evaluating the ageing and moisture condition of winding insulation. The insulation tester has built-in real-time clock and chronometer for time-tagged test records, with non-volatile internal memory capable of storing up to 4000 measurement sets. The insulation tester supports USB data export to PC and optional built-in thermal printer to print test reports directly on site.

MEGABRAS MD1035X adopts rugged IP54 protective enclosure for field portable operation. The megohmmeter holds IEC 61010-1 safety standard compliance with overvoltage and discharge protection for operator safety. The megohmmeter has pass/fail limit setting function for automated insulation acceptance testing. The megohmmeter can view trend curves and generate professional test reports via MegaLogg PC software. The megohmmeter is equipped with clear backlit LCD display for reading under low-light environments. The megohmmeter uses rechargeable battery power supply for site work without mains power.
