KEBA OP341/Y-1400 Operator Panel

The KEBA OP341/Y-1400 is an industrial-grade operator panel designed for plastic machinery and factory automation, perfectly matching KEBA CP series controllers. Equipped with high-resolution touch display and robust front panel protection, it supports real-time process visualization, parameter modification, alarm message checking and recipe management. Multiple built-in communication interfaces enable stable data interaction with main CPU controllers, servo drives and peripheral modules. The panel adopts dustproof and anti-interference industrial design, adapting to high-temperature and noisy workshop environments of molding workshops. With standardized mounting dimensions and simple wiring layout, it is convenient for installation and on-site maintenance. It serves as original human-machine interface and common replacement spare part for injection molding equipment retrofit and overhaul projects.

Description

The KEBA OP341/Y-1400 is a dedicated industrial touch HMI operator panel belonging to KEBA classic Kemro automation system, primarily developed for injection molding machines and other plastic processing machinery. It acts as the human-machine interaction gateway between operators and the equipment’s main control CPU such as CP033/Y, realizing real-time display of molding cycle data, temperature curves, pressure values, axis position feedback and system alarm information. Operators can adjust mold parameters, call saved production recipes and execute manual or automatic operation modes directly via the touch screen.

This HMI integrates reliable touch sensing layer and industrial liquid crystal display, featuring stable brightness performance under long-term continuous operation. The front panel meets industrial protection requirements and can resist splashes of oil mist and dust commonly seen in molding workshops. Rich onboard communication ports support high-speed data exchange with KEBA series controllers through dedicated bus protocols, ensuring low-delay data synchronization between the operation terminal and the control core. System firmware supports multi-language display, flexible screen layout editing and user authority management to meet different production management demands.
Mechanically, the OP341/Y-1400 follows standardized cutout mounting specifications, which greatly facilitates direct replacement during equipment maintenance. Internal circuits adopt optimized EMC design to withstand electromagnetic interference generated by hydraulic valves, inverters and contactors on site. Built-in data storage space supports local recipe storage and partial historical record logging, reducing frequent reliance on external storage devices. Comprehensive self-diagnosis functions monitor display status, touch response and communication connection, outputting clear warning prompts once communication interruption or hardware abnormality occurs.
As a widely configured original HMI for plastic machinery, the OP341/Y-1400 is frequently required as spare part for equipment maintenance and technical transformation. Brand new original supply usually requires longer lead time, while fully tested refurbished units are widely used in aftermarket maintenance. Regular cleaning of the touch surface, inspection of communication cables and periodic backup of production recipes can reduce unexpected faults and help plastic processing lines maintain stable continuous operation.
