Description

KEBA PD‑242/A is a dedicated power distribution hardware for KEBA Kemro K2‑series rack‑style control platforms, mainly responsible for distributing and monitoring system power for all plug‑in boards within the control rack. Different from signal‑acquisition I/O modules, its core function is power management. It receives main input power, then distributes stable working power to CPU units, digital‑analog I/O boards, resolver feedback boards and field‑bus communication cards installed in each rack slot. It acts as the power hub of the whole Kemro rack system, directly influencing stable operation of all inserted functional modules.
Adopting slot‑type rack installation form consistent with other Kemro series boards, PD‑242/A plugs into the designated slot position of Kemro backplane rack.
