Detection Principle & Electrical Performance

The instrument drives matched ultrasonic probes to emit ultrasonic pulses into tested workpieces, captures reflected echo signals from material internal defects, and calculates defect depth, position and size via internal signal processing circuit. Equipped with adjustable gain, DAC curve, TCG compensation and multi-frequency filtering functions, it effectively reduces waveform noise caused by coarse crystal grains, rough workpiece surfaces and industrial electromagnetic interference. It supports multiple working modes including pulse-echo and through-transmission, with stable A-scan waveform display. Detection parameters, calibration data and inspection records are stored in non-volatile memory without data loss after power failure. Internal electronic components pass high-low temperature aging screening to maintain stable detection precision under long-term continuous field operation.

Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability

The whole machine adopts reinforced shock-resistant handheld casing with dustproof and splash-proof performance, complying with military anti-vibration standards to adapt to complex working conditions such as workshops, outdoor pipe galleries and petrochemical field stations. The built-in circuit board is coated with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion conformal coating to resist damp air, dust and weak corrosive gas. It meets industrial EMC specifications and operates normally under electromagnetic disturbance generated by on-site frequency converters, motors and power distribution equipment. The built-in backlit screen ensures clear waveform reading under strong sunlight and dark environments, with a humanized key layout for quick parameter adjustment. Standard universal probe interface supports fast plugging of various conventional ultrasonic transducers.

Mainly applied to pressure vessel weld flaw detection, boiler pipeline crack inspection, oil & gas pipeline periodic safety scanning, steel structure quality testing, ship component nondestructive evaluation and mechanical casting defect screening in thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgy and shipbuilding industries. It is conventional inspection equipment for factory incoming inspection, finished product quality verification and in-service equipment safety periodic inspection.
