GE CRL-10-H-H is an original precision filter assembly matched with Panametrics alumina moisture probes and MMS35, moisture.IQ analyzers. It purifies sampled process gas to block particulate impurities, liquid droplets and pollutants, protecting sensing chips from contamination and ensuring long-term stable measurement accuracy of dew point detection equipment.

  • Core Filtration Performance & Working Principle
    This filter unit adopts multi-stage graded filter medium structure, firstly intercepting large solid particles and liquid mist through the primary coarse filter layer, then removing tiny dust and aerosol pollutants with the high-efficiency fine filter core. It effectively prevents pipeline rust, process impurities and condensed liquid from attaching to the sensitive alumina film of M2L, MISP2, MTS5 probes, reducing probe fouling drift and extending the service cycle of moisture sensors. The internal flow channel is optimized to maintain stable gas flow velocity without causing dew point hysteresis or measurement lag. All filter cores are calibrated for gas permeability before delivery, ensuring consistent sampling gas delivery pressure and flow rate to the probe cavity. Filter structure will not generate gas adsorption or desorption interference, guaranteeing the authenticity of trace moisture test data.
  • Structural Design & Environmental Adaptability
    The shell and internal gas pipeline are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, matched with high-temperature resistant fluorine rubber sealing parts, adapting to medium temperature and pressure conditions of petrochemical pipelines, natural gas stations and power hydrogen systems. The whole structure adopts fully sealed threaded connection to avoid gas leakage during sample gas delivery. The external shell has dust-proof and anti-oxidation performance; internal components are resistant to weak acid and alkaline trace components in industrial process gas. It conforms to industrial EMC environmental requirements and bears pipeline vibration and ambient temperature alternation in field installation environments. Standard interface size is compatible with conventional sampling pipeline layouts of GE moisture analysis systems for quick inline installation.
