The D634-314C is a single-stage direct drive servo valve of MOOG D634 series. It adopts permanent magnet linear force motor for direct spool driving without pilot oil supply. Built-in LVDT closed-loop position feedback ensures superior linearity and repeatability. Dynamic performance remains stable regardless of pressure fluctuation. Spring centering structure realizes fail-safe neutral reset when power cuts off. This model is designed for general closed-loop motion control.

Description

1. General Description

The D634-314C is a single-stage direct drive servo valve of MOOG D634 series. It adopts permanent magnet linear force motor for direct spool driving without pilot oil supply. Built-in LVDT closed-loop position feedback ensures superior linearity and repeatability. Dynamic performance remains stable regardless of pressure fluctuation. Spring centering structure realizes fail-safe neutral reset when power cuts off. This model is designed for general closed-loop motion control.
