Installation & Maintenance Instructions

1.Install 3μm high-pressure precision inline filter on upstream P supply pipeline; replace filter cartridge after first 15 working days of equipment commissioning startup。

2.Power cable and shielded control wire must be routed in separated wiring troughs to avoid inverter harmonic interference; mount valve with specified bolt torque complying with P05 ISO05 mounting standard。

3.All flow gain, null offset and amplifier parameters pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine adjustment permitted; full disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly prohibited。

4.MM6 customized composite seal and NEX2-E E-grade connector are special factory customization parts, cannot be substituted with standard NBR/FKM seal or common standard plug; during spare storage, fully seal idle T/Y drain ports with original factory plugs and store in dry dustproof warehouse to avoid seal aging and oil leakage。
