Installation & Maintenance Instructions

1.Mount 3μm high-precision inline high-pressure filter on upstream P supply pipeline; replace filter cartridge after first 15 working days of commissioning startup.

2.Power & control shielded cables must run inside separated wiring troughs to avoid inverter harmonic interference; fix valve with factory specified bolt torque matching P05 mounting standard.

3.All flow gain, null offset and amplifier parameters pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine-tuning permitted; complete disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly forbidden, internal circuit modification prohibited.

4.NF6 FKM seal avoids ageing under high temperature; during spare storage, block unused T/Y drain ports with original factory plugs, store in dry dustproof warehouse to prevent medium erosion and oil leakage; cannot replace with standard NBR seal version on high-temperature working site.
