Product Overview D664-Z4306K is a customized two-stage ServoJet high-flow servo valve from MOOG D660 series, manufactured per ISO4401-08 NG25 mounting dimension. It integrates onboard analog amplifier and full-stroke LVDT spool closed-loop displacement feedback without external drive unit. The "-Z" stands for custom spool profile & amplifier factory calibration, 4306 is fixed zero-lap four-way spring-centered spool trim, suffix K represents rolling-mill optimized amplifier modification for heavy cyclic fluctuating loads. Standard NBR elastomer seals, split internal T drain + independent external Y drain layout; original jet-pipe ServoJet pilot provides excellent dirt tolerance for metallurgical continuous production environment.

Installation & Maintenance Instructions

1.Install 3μm high-pressure inline precision filter on upstream P pipeline; replace filter cartridge after first 15 working days of commissioning start-up.

2.Arrange power cables and shielded control wires inside separated cable channels to avoid frequency converter harmonic interference; mount valve with factory specified bolt torque and standard flat washers.

3.All flow gain and null parameters of D664-Z4306K are fully pre-calibrated at MOOG factory; only minor on-site potentiometer fine adjustment permitted; full disassembly of ServoJet pilot and main spool assembly is strictly prohibited.

4.Plug unused T/Y spare drain ports with original factory plugs during spare storage; store valve inside dry dustproof warehouse to prevent NBR seal aging and oil leakage.
