D634-1052 is a single-stage direct drive servo valve of MOOG D634 series. It adopts permanent magnet linear force motor for direct spool driving with no pilot oil required. Equipped with built-in 24VDC electronic unit and LVDT closed-loop position feedback, it delivers high precision and stable dynamic performance independent of pressure variation. Spring centering structure ensures spool safely returns to neutral position when power cuts off. Designed for medium flow and high dynamic working conditions.

1. General Description

D634-1052 is a single-stage direct drive servo valve of MOOG D634 series. It adopts permanent magnet linear force motor for direct spool driving with no pilot oil required. Equipped with built-in 24VDC electronic unit and LVDT closed-loop position feedback, it delivers high precision and stable dynamic performance independent of pressure variation. Spring centering structure ensures spool safely returns to neutral position when power cuts off. Designed for medium flow and high dynamic working conditions.
