1. General Description
The D634-1036 is a single-stage direct drive servo valve equipped with built-in 24VDC electronic unit and LVDT closed-loop spool position feedback. Driven by permanent magnet linear force motor without pilot oil supply, this four-way spring-centered valve can return the spool to neutral position automatically for fail-safe protection when power cuts off. 2. Hydraulic Specifications
Maximum working pressure of port P, A and B reaches 350 bar. Port T withstands 50 bar pressure without Y drain port and 350 bar pressure with Y port connected. Rated flow ranges from 75 to 85 liters per minute under 35 bar pressure drop, and maximum flow capacity hits approximately 190 liters per minute. Internal leakage is controlled below 0.45 liters per minute.
Applicable working medium is mineral hydraulic oil conforming to ISO 11158 and DIN 51524 standards. Fluid operating temperature ranges from -20 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius. System oil cleanliness shall be maintained at ISO 4406 17/14/11 level for stable long-term operation.
3. Performance Characteristics
Full stroke step response time is 13 to 15 milliseconds. The -3dB frequency response is 95 to 105 hertz. Hysteresis error is less than 0.35 percent full scale, and positioning resolution is better than 0.09 percent full scale. Null position thermal drift is under 0.9 percent full scale with 60 Kelvin temperature variation. Position repeatability stays within 0.20 percent full scale.
4. Electrical Specifications
Nominal supply voltage is 24VDC with acceptable fluctuation range from 18VDC to 32VDC. Maximum operating current is 3.1 amperes. Three control signal types including ±10V, ±10mA and 4-20mA can be switched via internal jumper. Standard 0-10VDC spool position feedback signal output is available.
The valve adopts M18 connector with six signal pins and protective earth terminal, achieving IP65 protection grade. Ambient working temperature covers -20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. All electronic components comply with CE electromagnetic compatibility standards.
5. Working Principle
LVDT displacement sensor captures real-time spool position and transmits feedback signal to internal electronic module. The unit compares actual position data with preset command signal and outputs driving signal to linear force motor. The motor drives spool movement to adjust hydraulic flow rate and direction, realizing precise motion control. Spring centering structure ensures safe reset upon power failure.
6. Installation Instructions
Mount the valve on smooth and clean surface following ISO 4401 Size 05 installation dimension. Fasten mounting bolts with standard torque value and avoid mechanical collision and installation deviation. Horizontal installation is recommended for smooth air exhaust. Drain all residual air inside valve body and hydraulic pipelines before formal commissioning.
7. Wiring Definition
Pin 1 connects +24VDC power supply, Pin 2 connects power ground. Pin 3 and Pin 4 serve as positive and negative terminals of control command signal. Pin 5 outputs spool position feedback signal and Pin 6 connects feedback ground. Protective earth terminal requires reliable grounding. Shielded twisted pair cable is mandatory for signal wiring.
8. Maintenance Notes
This valve adopts sealed integrated structure with no detachable internal service parts. Inspect hydraulic fluid contamination regularly and replace filter elements on schedule to keep qualified cleanliness. Check external connector periodically against damage and corrosion. Unauthorized disassembly is prohibited and will invalidate product warranty.
