Usage Instructions (Installation + Debugging + Maintenance)

1. Installation Points

Clean the pipeline before installation to avoid iron filings and impurities entering the cylinder; install a 5 μm filter at the air inlet.

The mounting surface must be flat, and the foot seat / flange bolts should be evenly tightened diagonally to prevent cylinder deformation.

Avoid radial force on the piston rod; when installed vertically, pay attention to the load being centered; keep the exposed rod surface clean to avoid scratching the seal.

The air pipe connection should be firm with no leakage; initially tighten the buffer adjustment screw by half a turn, and fine-tune after trial operation.

2. Debugging Steps

Air supply without load (pressure 2–3 bar), manually control the solenoid valve, and check that the piston rod extends and retracts smoothly without jamming / abnormal noise.

Gradually increase the pressure to the working pressure (5–8 bar), test the full stroke action, and ensure smooth buffering at both ends without impact.

Adjust the buffer screw: no impact or rebound at the end of the action is preferred; the speed should be controlled at 50–500 mm/s.

Load test: confirm that the output force meets the requirements (theoretical thrust F=πD²P/4; approximately 7365 N at 125 mm and 6 bar).

3. Maintenance Specifications

Daily: Keep the rod surface clean, free of oil and dust; check the air pipe connection for leaks every week.

Regularly (every 6 months): Check the wear of the seals and replace if necessary; clean the buffer air channel to avoid blockage.

Lubrication: Use compressed air with trace oil (ISO VG32–46); do not operate without oil for a long time.

Prohibited: Overpressure (>10 bar), overtemperature (>70 ℃), radial impact; retract the piston rod when not in use for a long time to prevent dust and moisture.

Application Scenarios

Automated production lines: material pushing, fixture clamping, work station switching

Packaging / warehousing: lifting platforms, material blocking mechanisms, sorting and pushing

Machine tools / welding: workpiece positioning, clamping, tooling drive

General equipment: short stroke, high thrust linear actions
