Usage & Maintenance Instruction

  1. Fully release system internal pressure before valve disassembly and maintenance

  2. Prevent excessive tightening of adjusting knob to avoid permanent deformation of internal regulating spring

  3. Replace system hydraulic filter every 2000 working hours to reduce spool sticking risk caused by oil contamination

  4. Clean valve internal spool assembly with filtered clean hydraulic oil when abnormal pressure drifting appears
