Multi-axis synchronous linkage via SERCOS bus, high-speed real-time data transmission among multiple drives
Built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat, motor short-circuit and encoder fault protection logic
External brake resistor matching to consume regenerative energy during motor deceleration & braking
Parameter configurable via Indramat Windows-based setup software for motor matching & motion tuning
Application Scenarios
High-speed CNC machining center spindle & feed axis drive system
Printing & packaging equipment multi-axis synchronous servo control
Textile spinning machinery precision positioning transmission
Automation production line heavy-load servo positioning unit
Die-casting & injection molding machine servo clamping & injection drive
Usage & Maintenance Instruction
Cut off main DC bus power before disassembly; wait ≥10min for internal capacitor full discharge
Ensure cabinet cooling airflow meets rated requirement to avoid overheat shutdown under continuous heavy load
Regularly clean drive internal dust every 6~12 months to prevent poor heat dissipation
Confirm matching motor parameters after replacement to avoid overload damage from mismatched drive-motor setup
