1. General Description

4. Installation Instructions

Clean all oil ports, mounting surfaces and internal oil passages thoroughly to remove scrap iron, dust and oil dirt before installation.
Align the installation positioning hole correctly, fix the valve unit firmly with standard fasteners according to specified torque.
Connect main oil inlet, oil return and branch control pipelines strictly in accordance with system oil circuit requirements.
Check all connecting interfaces for firm connection and good sealing after installation is completed.

5. Operation Instructions

Perform low-pressure no-load test operation firstly after installation completion, check all joints and sealing positions for oil leakage.
Gradually boost pressure to the standard working pressure, test each control function one by one to confirm normal response.
Keep circulating hydraulic oil clean during daily operation, replace filter elements regularly to avoid impurity blockage.
Strictly forbid long-term overpressure and overload operation to extend service life.
Fully release residual pressure inside the hydraulic system before equipment shutdown, maintenance and disassembly.

6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly inspect the valve body and pipeline joints for oil seepage, replace aging and damaged sealing accessories in a timely manner.
Periodically test the sensitivity and stability of each control function, adjust and calibrate if abnormal deviation occurs.
Keep the outer surface clean, remove accumulated oil sludge and dust to ensure good heat dissipation.
Non-professional personnel are prohibited from private disassembly and assembly, so as not to disrupt internal matching accuracy and cause failure.

7. Safety Precautions

All installation, commissioning, adjustment and maintenance operations must be carried out after equipment stops running, power is cut off and hydraulic system pressure is completely released, to avoid personal injury caused by high-pressure hydraulic oil.
Operators must abide by on-site safety operation specifications.
Keep the product away from high-temperature heat sources, open fire and strong corrosive substances.
Once abnormal noise, jamming action, pressure fluctuation and serious oil leakage occur during operation, stop using immediately and arrange professional inspection and troubleshooting.
