4. Installation Instructions

Clean all oil ports and internal oil passages to remove impurities before installation. Install the valve in the designated position and tighten threads with standard torque, avoid excessive force to prevent thread damage. Connect hydraulic pipelines strictly according to oil flow direction. Cut off the total power supply before wiring, connect control lines in accordance with specifications and fix the wiring harness firmly. Check all assembly and connection conditions again after installation.

5. Operating Instructions

Complete installation and conduct no-load test run firstly. Slowly inject hydraulic oil and check all joints for oil leakage. Start formal operation after confirming no abnormality. The valve completes rapid reversing action after energization, and returns accurately after power failure. Keep hydraulic oil clean during daily use, replace filter elements regularly. It is forbidden to use beyond rated pressure and rated voltage. Fully release system internal pressure before equipment maintenance and shutdown.

6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly check the valve body and connection parts for oil seepage, replace aging sealing parts in time. Periodically detect coil working state and circuit connection firmness. Keep the valve surface clean to avoid dust and oil dirt affecting heat dissipation. Do not disassemble the valve privately without professional guidance to prevent damage to internal precision components.

7. Safety Precautions

All installation, wiring and maintenance operations must be carried out after power off and full pressure relief of hydraulic system to avoid electric shock and high-pressure oil injury. Operators shall strictly abide by safety operation regulations. Keep the product away from high temperature heat sources and corrosive substances. Stop using immediately once abnormal heating, abnormal noise and insensitive reversing occur, and arrange professional inspection and maintenance in time.
