4. Installation Guide

5. Operation Instructions

Complete all installation work and conduct no-load test run firstly. Slowly fill hydraulic oil and check all connection positions for leakage. Start formal operation after confirming no abnormal situation. The valve acts rapidly to switch oil circuit when energized, and resets automatically to cut off oil circuit after power failure. Keep circulating hydraulic oil clean during daily use, replace filter elements regularly. Overpressure and overvoltage operation are strictly prohibited. Release all system pressure completely before equipment maintenance and long-term shutdown.

6. Maintenance Rules

Regularly check the valve body and threaded joints for oil leakage, replace damaged sealing parts in time. Periodically inspect coil working condition and circuit connection stability. 7. Safety Precautions
