4. Installation Instructions
Clean the connecting ports and internal oil passages before installation to remove impurities and oil dirt. Install the valve body at the designated position and tighten the thread according to standard torque, avoid excessive force damage. Connect hydraulic pipelines correctly following the oil flow direction. Cut off the power supply first when connecting electric wires, connect lines in accordance with wiring specifications and fix the wire harness firmly. Check all assembly and wiring conditions again after installation completion.
5. Operating Instructions
After all installation work is finished, perform no-load test operation. Slowly inject hydraulic oil and check all joints for oil leakage. Confirm no abnormality before formal power-on operation. The valve completes oil circuit switching rapidly after being energized, and resets quickly after power off. Keep the hydraulic oil clean during daily use, replace filter elements regularly to avoid internal blockage. It is forbidden to use beyond rated pressure and rated voltage range. Release system pressure completely before equipment maintenance.
6. Daily Maintenance
Regularly check the valve body for oil seepage, replace aging sealing parts in time. Periodically check the working state of electromagnetic coil and connecting circuit to ensure stable power supply. Keep the product surface clean to prevent dust and oil dirt from affecting heat dissipation. It is not allowed to disassemble the valve privately without professional permission, so as not to damage internal precision parts.
7. Safety Precautions
