4. Installation Instructions
Clean the installation thread interface and internal oil passages completely before installation to remove impurities and oil dirt. Screw the valve into the designated installation position and tighten it with standard torque, do not over tighten to avoid thread damage and valve body cracking. Connect the oil inlet and oil return pipelines according to the system oil circuit design to ensure correct flow direction. After installation, check all connection positions to confirm firm assembly and no loose gap.
5. Operating Instructions
After installation, conduct low-pressure no-load test first, slowly inject hydraulic oil and check all sealing positions for leakage. Gradually adjust the pressure according to actual working needs to reach the required working pressure value. In normal operation, keep the hydraulic oil clean, replace filter elements regularly to avoid particle impurities entering the valve body and causing failure. It is forbidden to adjust the pressure beyond the maximum safe bearing range of the product. Before equipment maintenance and long-term shutdown, completely release the internal pressure of the hydraulic system.
6. Maintenance Rules
Regularly check the external thread and sealing position for oil seepage, replace damaged sealing rings in time. Regularly verify pressure control accuracy, and calibrate and adjust if pressure drift occurs. Keep the valve surface clean, remove surface dust and oil dirt regularly to avoid affecting heat dissipation. It is forbidden to disassemble the valve privately without professional technical support, so as not to damage internal high-precision components and affect high-pressure use safety.
7. Safety Precautions
All installation, pressure adjustment and maintenance operations must be carried out after equipment stops running, power is cut off and all system pressure is completely released, so as to prevent high-pressure hydraulic oil from causing personal injury. Operators must wear professional protective tools and abide by safe operation specifications. Keep the product away from high-temperature heat sources and strong corrosive substances to prevent material aging and pressure resistance decline.
