4. Installation Guide

Clean the mounting surface and hydraulic oil passages thoroughly to remove sundries, iron scraps and oil dirt before installation. Fix the valve in designated position with standard fasteners and fasten bolts by specified torque, avoid over tightening to prevent body deformation and internal stuck. Connect inlet and return oil pipelines strictly following flow direction marks. Recheck all connecting parts after installation to ensure firm assembly without looseness.

5. Operation Instructions

Perform no-load trial operation after all installation work finished. Inject hydraulic oil slowly and inspect all joints for oil leakage. Adjust the working pressure to required value slowly according to actual working demands. Keep circulating hydraulic oil clean during daily operation, replace system filter elements regularly to avoid internal blockage caused by impurities. It is strictly forbidden to set working pressure beyond the maximum safe limit. Fully release residual pressure inside hydraulic system before equipment shutdown and maintenance work.

6. Daily Maintenance

Check valve body and connecting positions regularly for oil seepage, replace aging sealing parts in time. Periodically check pressure control accuracy and make fine adjustment if pressure deviation appears. Keep outer surface clean to prevent dust and oil stain accumulation affecting heat dissipation and normal use. Unauthorized disassembly is prohibited without professional technical guidance, in case of damaging internal precision parts and affecting control precision.

7. Safety Precautions

All installation, pressure adjustment and maintenance operations must be completed after equipment stop, power cut and full pressure relief of hydraulic system, to avoid personal injury accidents caused by high-pressure hydraulic fluid. Operators must abide by relevant safety operation regulations. Keep the product away from high temperature heat sources and corrosive substances to prevent performance aging and failure.
